Win Luck Terms and Conditions for Philippine Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and Win Luck ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform"). By accessing winluck.biz, completing the registration process, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.

3 Account Registration & Security

Win Luck accounts are non-transferable. Selling, gifting, or otherwise transferring account access to another person is not permitted.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Win Luck platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). We support the following deposit and withdrawal methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the cashier. There are no deposit fees charged by Win Luck, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• All withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used to deposit, or to a verified account in your name.
• Win Luck processes most withdrawals to GCash and Maya within 5 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play — may be forfeited. Win Luck will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of account closure in such circumstances.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact our support team. Any verified real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal terms.

11 Limitation of Liability
